A Collection of Haikus
A writer writes thoughts,
A reader reads those same thoughts,
We think the same things
Clear white boots, muddied
Stop, sit, breathe! Relax and rest,
You’re finally safe
Glowing sharp red steel
A jump from deadly talons
A yell, a howl, death
Yellow haze through clouds,
Partnered by pitter-patter,
The ground needed that
A fluff of ginger,
Reflection spied, intruder,
Smash! Intruder gone!
Tall slender greens point;
Higher to darkening blue,
Points now twinkling bright
Liquid in a bowl,
Clattering of a sunk spoon,
A sad tragic tale
